My Story

My name is Chloe, I am 20 years old, with a love for creativity. I am what they call the covid GCSE generation. I wasn't able to sit my GCSE exams however my predicted grades were good. I was suffering with anxiety, which was heightened with Covid 19, so I suppose it was maybe a good thing for me.

I then went to college and studied Graphic Design.

This inspired me to want to own my own business one day, doing what I feel passionate about, making people smile. I feel my star sign is me to a tee! Emotionally intelligent, kind, supportive, people-smart and intuitive.

Over the years I have made lots of gifts for my family members (especially my gran, a big fan of mine) that have been personal to them.

Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days to return faulty goods, that are either of not as described, damaged or not personalised correctly and you will receive a full refund.

Once we receive your item, you will have the option of a full refund or exchange. If you do not wish for a new item then we will process a full refund back to you as soon as possible. This will be to your original payment method and usually takes within 3 working days

To start this process please email me a photo of your item, followed by an explanation to what the problem is. I will then asses the issue within the same day to decide what the next cause of action is that we can take to help resolve the issue. Whether that be having to send the item back, or being sent a new one within the next working day (this all depends on the problem with your product.)
